How do you assign numbers to football squares?

After all 100 squares are claimed, randomly draw numbers 0-9 for the column headers (away team) and then 0-9 for the row headers (home team). Use this generator to draw one number at a time so the whole group can watch. Each number can only appear once per axis.

Can I use this number generator for things other than football squares?
